HVAC Technician

SWVA Mechanical is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician. We’re looking for a tech who can diagnose, communicate, and solve problems the right way: someone who understands airflow, static pressure, refrigerant circuits, controls, and overall system performance, not just gauges and temperatures. If you’re the person others call when a system has everyone else stumped, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of HVAC field experience
  • Clean driver’s license
  • Must be 20+ years of age (required for auto insurance purposes)
  • Strong diagnostic ability
  • Professional appearance
  • Strong customer communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • $18–$30 per hour, based on experience
