Customer Service Rep

SWVA Mechanical is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll answer incoming calls, schedule and coordinate service appointments, dispatch technicians, and keep customers informed from the first call to the finished job. We’re looking for someone who can stay organized under pressure, communicate clearly, and represent our company the right way because to most of our customers, you are SWVA Mechanical.

  • Professional, friendly phone manner

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • $18-$25 per hour based on experience
  • 30-40 hour work weeks
